Penny’s human, Rachel, posts pics and videos that are pretty much guaranteed to make you smile. What makes Penny so special? She’s truly living her best life: hobbies include surfing, cuddling, and — wait for it —yoga.

That’s right — this goat’s getting her OM on and balancing her chakras alongside (and sometimes on top of) Rachel and loving every second of it. Rachel is a bit of a social superstar herself. Going by the nickname “Yoga Girl,” she’s gained over 2 million followers.

Penny burst onto social media when she was adopted by Rachel and her husband in 2015. “All she wants to do is sit on our laps and watch TV and climb things,” Rachel told her followers shortly after she and Penny first met. It’s not a stretch to say these two are truly a dynamic duo!

Well hello there, @penny_thegoat ! Penny Lane is the funniest baby goat EVER. Not that I've known that many goat babies in my life but out of all the ones I've hung out with she's the most badass one by far😎 All she wants to do is sit on our laps and watch TV and climb things (only one candle holder broken so far!) and chill on the couch looking cool with her underbite. WHY DID IT TAKE SANTA THIS LONG TO GET US A BABY GOAT FOR CHRISTMAS? I'm going to be a weird goat lady now. Apparently having one goat is equivalent or eight or nine cats or so.
