Lisa Rinna got a makeover and looks unrecognizable: 'Take it to the next level'

Lisa Rinna is at the top of her game – and the actress and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is starting to show off a new, polished aesthetic that’s turning heads.

In a new spread for vintage clothing company What Goes Around Comes Around, Rinna stuns in vintage Chanel alongside her daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin, 20, and Amelia Gray Hamlin, 17, as well as her 90-year-old mother, Lois.

In a portrait shot, a topless Rinna wears bight pink eyeshadow with her side-parted hair tucked behind her ears. A long vintage Chanel pearl necklaces and drop-pearl earrings are paired with a bold gold link bracelet.

So what’s prompted this elevated look from everyone’s favorite (iced) tea-sipping Real Housewife? Rinna recently revealed she’s working with a new stylist, Marie-Lou Bartoli. Just a couple weeks ago, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live in a leopard print Alexandre Vauthier wrap dress, Giuseppe Zannotti heels, and Broken English jewelry. With her hair parted on the side and pulled back, she looked every bit the Hollywood beauty.

“I’ve always worked with stylists for red-carpet events, but I’ve never worked with one for everyday wardrobe,” Rinna recently told Fashionista of Bartoli. “I’ve had such a great time creating looks with her for the show. We’re able to take it to the next level.”

Clearly, Bartoli is cracking the whip when it comes to Rinna’s style.

“When Marie-Lou came aboard, she cleaned out my entire closet and made me sell almost everything and start over, which I did for the first time because I usually save everything. She said ‘Nope, we’re going to sell it all and you’re going to get new stuff.’ I did that and it felt really good, so recently I’ve just bought really, really good quality, chic pieces that I can have for another 20 years,” Rinna continued.

While Rinna is clearly riding high on the waves of her style evolution, the Hollywood veteran spent the last few decades rocking the same look. Whether she was breaking hearts as Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives or selling her clothing line on QVC, Rinna’s trademark shaggy ‘do and pouty lips were always her trademark. Rinna has also always been very open about her cosmetic enhancements, sharing that she first began injecting her lips with silicone at age 24.

“25 years ago, I had my lips injected with silicone,” Rinna told Hoda Kotb on Today. “Cut to a couple of years ago, I have a doctor remove as much as they possibly can.”

Still, Rinna says she doesn’t regret pioneering the iconic pout.

“I was one of the first ones to do it, and be honest about it. I never had a career before I had the lips,” she continued. “So my lips have had their own career.”

Clearly, the new style vibes are working for the Rinna/Hamlin clan. In an Instagram video posted earlier this month, Rinna danced it out to Fergie’s “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” alongside her senior citizen stunner mama, who looked sleek and stylish in a pair of leather pants.
