Kourtney Kardashian ‘So Empowered’ by Pregnancy in Leather & Lace Ensemble

Kourtney Kardashian is sharing the joy of being pregnant.
The 44-year-old commented on her fourth pregnancy alongside a series of new maternity photos posted to her Instagram grid over the weekend, and despite the recent health scare that landed her in the hospital, she seems to be quite fond of the experience.
"Pregnancy is so empowering," she wrote in the caption of Sunday's post, which featured five pictures of Kardashian posing in a leather blazer, matching pants, a sheer lace crop top and a black bra.
The Kardashians star–who is expecting her first child with husband Travis Barker and is already a mom to three older kids: Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and Reign, 8–isn't alone in her thinking, as many agreed that pregnancy looks good on her and hyped her up in the comments.
"it really is 🙏🏽🫶🏽🥰," replied celebrity hairstylist Justine Marjan.
"Hot mama !" cheered Barker's 17-year-old daughter Alabama.
"I agree but I’m just gonna say, as a pregnant woman, that outfit looks very uncomfortable 😳," a third joked.
The new pics and positive message come just a little over a week after reports revealed that the Poosh founder was taken to the hospital and in need of emergency surgery.
On Sept. 1, Kardashian's husband announced that his band Blink-182 would be postponing the European leg of their tour as the drummer rushed home to be with his pregnant wife.
Shortly after, the reality TV star underwent surgery to save the baby's life and updated fans in a statement shared online.
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery," the expecting mom shared via Instagram on Sept. 6. "I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."
Both Kardashian and the couple's unborn child are reportedly recovering at home and doing much better, with the proud dad sharing the following statement on social media: "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well."
In addition to his teen daughter Alabama, Barker shares son Landon and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya with ex Shanna Moakler.
