Kind Woman Rescues Flightless Bumblebee and Proves all Creatures are Worthy of Love

On Tuesday, August 22 a TikTok user named Katha from Germany posted an absolutely beautiful clip of an injured bumblebee that they decided to care for. Not only have they been feeding this bee and giving it access to flowers, they even made it a tiny little burrow.

Watch the following clip posted by @Kathaaleski. It really proves that all animals, no matter how small are worthy of care and love.

Katha noticed the bumblebee only had one intact wing so she decided to bring it home and care for it.

TikTok users are so enchanted by this little bee and @SN comments, "Great, I’m starting my Tuesday out with sobbing to a bumble bee living her best life with the help of kind humans." @EC adds, "Every creature has the right to live. This is phenomenal. Just when I think I can't go on, someone breathes life into me. Thank you!" @Heather responds, "They have such short lives but the days you’re giving her seem to be the best days of her life."

Here's a sweet update video posted this morning where they show the bee enjoying the flowers they have picked for her.

The sweetest part about this whole situation? They named this little bumblebee 'Sweet Pea.' OMG my heart can't take it. I'm not the only one and @Nesky adds, "This bee and the love you’re giving them is the cutest and most sweet thing in the world!! just pure love." Agreed.

Katha has been caring for this little bee for about three weeks. The sad news is that queen bumblebees live for just a few months, usually between spring until late summer or early fall, and worker bumblebees live a few weeks to a few months.

Even though Sweet Pea won't have a super long life, we know in Katha's care she is living the absolute best life. What a lovely story.
