Kim Kardashian says it's officially time to figure out what's going on with her health.

The reality TV personality has dealt with psoriasis for years, but a recent flare-up might be the worst it's ever been—and her fans are growing concerned.

In a new Instagram Story posted Tuesday, Jan. 30, Kardashian, 43, shared unfiltered footage of her lower leg, showing her followers an inflamed red patch of skin as a result of the autoimmune disorder.

"How crazy is my psoriasis right now guys," she said in the clip, giving viewers a close-up look at the affected area which she said is spreading, "all up my leg."

"I don't know what's happening," the SKIMS founder added, noting that she really needs to "figure out" what's causing the flare-up.

"Not gonna lie this is painful," she wrote alongside the clip. "Not sure what my triggers are. I haven't changed my diet. I've tried everything! Psoriasis sucks."

Despite the red, flaky skin usually concentrated in one spot on her leg, Kardashian said it was now moving both down and up her leg and even made its way to her thigh.

"I just know it's time to figure this out," she added in another video, along with text that read, "Just wanted to share my journey with you guys #psoriasissucks."

Many of Kardashian's fans voiced their concern after seeing the videos. "That looks so painful," one of her fans wrote on Reddit.

"That definitely looks like it sucks. Feel bad for her for that s—t," another person added, while someone else echoed, "This makes me feel so bad for her. Of course im sure she's tried every treatment under the sun to no avail."

But despite the unfortunate update, Kardashian's fans were grateful for her vulnerability on the topic, which could perhaps help comfort others struggling with the same issue.

"I do appreciate how transparent she's always been with this. Must really suck ☹️," one person wrote.

Another user added, "As someone who has eczema, I feel seen and appreciate how she is open about it."

"Appreciate her sharing and being vulnerable," another Reddit comment read.
