Kaitlyn Bristowe did not hold back when speaking about her experience on the competition reality series Dancing With the Stars.

The 38-year-old media personality notably won season 29 alongside pro Artem Chigvintsev, but had a big warning for fellow Bachelorette alum Charity Lawson, who is set to make her debut on the series in its upcoming season 32. Specifically, the Bachelor Nation veteran told Lawson that pro Alan Bersten is "kind of a d–k."

The blunt message came about as the two discussed the potential partners for Lawson, 27, on Bristowe's Off the Vine podcast. Bristowe first noted, "I think possibly Artem because [of] the height. I think possibly Alan because I could see them putting you with him, only because he’s, like, one of the more well-loved, I feel like, out of a lot of them."

"And I feel like I could see you and your fun personality with him," Bristowe continued, noting Bersten is "crazy in the ballroom."

"He’s kind of a d–k, but I can see it," she then said.

It wasn't just Bersten that Bristowe came for, however, as she also said that all the DWTS pros are "d—ks," further warning the DWTS newcomer, "Buckle up."

Even though Bristowe won her season, she said it wouldn't have been possible without Chigvintsev's work ethic, which she described as "so hardcore."

"He’s Russian and that’s how he was trained growing up. He’ll believe in you, and he’ll push you to your limits, which we love," Bristowe shared. "And then Alan would be an absolute nightmare, but it would be really, like, he would take you far."

However, her attitude changed when talking about Brandon Armstrong, whom Bristow described as "fun."

"I would love if you were with Brandon," she admitted. "He’s probably the nicest and he’s just so goofy and sweet and means well and so fun."

Along with the intense warning, the former DWTS champ shared a few pointers for a smooth run this season, namely, ice baths for tired and sore feet.

"Get yourself an ice footbath," Bristowe advised. "You just gotta ice your feet, battle through the pain, smile, enjoy, and always come back to the two of you [Lawson and her fiancé Dotun Olubeko, who was by her side during the interview] at the end of the day. Because it’s going to go by so fast."
