When it comes to fashion, Jennifer Aniston can do no wrong. But seriously — it’s almost as if she made a deal with the best and worst dressed list makers in the world and is perpetually on the former and never the latter, no matter what. Like the woman could wear a dress that had knee cutouts and it’d still get rave reviews. Oh wait, she kind of just did.

Aniston and her husband Justin Theroux’s latest stop on their Parisian tour was on Thursday night at Series Mania, a television festival in the city of light. For the occasion, Aniston wore all black— obviously. Her Givenchy gown featured a high mockneck in halter style and a figure-hugging shape down to a ruffled asymmetrical skirt. The sleeveless number—very similar to this Givenchy dress that is on sale for just under $2,000 (you can get it in white for even less)—showed extra skin via cutouts.

However, unlike a majority of cutouts that are generally strategically placed in the torso region to flash taut abs, Aniston’s were kind of awkwardly placed (although definitely not the craziest…looking at you Kourtney Kardashian). Instead of exposing her back or waist, Aniston opted to show some leg with holes on the outsides of her knees, right above the ruffles. She showed her love of Givenchy with black peep-toe pumps also from the designer.

Of course, the couple were nearly matching, which seems to be their thing lately. Theroux was in head-to-toe black as well, save for a red and black striped shirt under his blazer. The couple stepped out today in mixed yet matching combos of khaki and gray. Wednesday, the pair visited the Chanel store, Aniston in a long, tan coat, black pants and sneakers. Theroux coordinated with his wife and their mutual love of neutrals in a tan jacket with black jeans. One day earlier, Aniston and Theroux coordinated in head-to-toe black ensembles at the launch dinner of Louis Vuitton’s Masters collaboration with artist Jeff Koons inside Paris’ Louvre museum.

Talk about couple goals.
