TLC star Jazz Jennings shared a video on her Instagram Tuesday, where she’s seen confidently strutting in a turquoise blue bikini along with an empowering message about body positivity.
“Confidence is key. Strutting into a new episode of #IamJazz like...,” Jennings captioned the video.
Fans praised the 19-year-old transgender activist for her body positivity and confidence.
“I'm 36, and view you as a role model! What wonderful messages you send out there and I'm happy my daughter gets to grow up in a world with people like you,” one fan wrote.
“Omg you're just too precious for this world,” another commenter said.
“I need this confidence. I’m so proud of you for accepting your body,” someone commented.
Another fan praised, “It’s so crazy how I watched you on youtube when you were so little and now look at the beautiful WOMEN you have become. Love you JAZZ!”
Jennings, who has documented her life and gender confirmation journey on the hit TLC series I Am Jazz since 2015, has become a pivotal voice for trans rights. This is not the first time the young activist served as a body positive inspiration. On New Year’s Eve, she posted pictures of herself in a red one-piece swimsuit that showed off scars from her gender confirmation surgery.
“These are my scars on full display in #2019. I'm proud of my scars and love my body just the way it is. I call them my battle wounds because they signify the strength and perseverance it took to finally complete my transition,” she wrote.
Unsurprisingly, fans praised her for her transparency and of course, how amazing she looked out on the beach.
