Steve: Mr. Paul has just joined Mr. McConnell in publicly announcing they will not adhere to their oath of office, in which they swore to uphold the Constitution - openly acknowledging that they've already determined their votes, before the trial has even started. Such a proclamation would get any prospective juror thrown out of even the most trivial of trials.
