Home Sweet Home: Meet Ricky

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — This week, FOX21 Morning News and the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) are featuring Ricky, a six-year-old brown tiger cat that came to HSPPR as an owner surrender.

Ricky is a sweet boy who is shy at first but warms up and loves cuddles. HSPPR said he needs a home without other pets or young children.

SNR (Shelter, Neuter, Return) programs return healthy cats to their home by vaccinating, sterilizing, ear-tipping, and releasing them back to their place of origin. SNR helps with population control, herd health, reducing euthanasia rates in shelters, and increasing return-to-owner rates. For more information, visit www.hsppr.org.

Ricky’s adoption fee is $95, which includes a voucher for a veterinarian exam, vaccinations, and a microchip. He is already neutered and he is available for adoption immediately.
