If Hailey Bieber loves anything, it’s a good glow. The 27-year-old disrupted the beauty world with her skincare brand Rhode, which helped start the “glazed donut” skincare movement. Shortly after, she debuted her glazed donut nails, which had a similar glow and became a full-on phenomenon. After a break from chrome, Bieber and her go-to nail artist Zola Ganzorigt are back with a ballerina pink set inspired by Rhode’s pink Peptide Lip Treatment. We've been thinking about the manicure ever since Bieber first posted in on April 2, and now Ganzorigt has finally shared how to recreate the jelly glaze nails.

Before we jump into the how-to, it’s important to note Bieber’s nail influence. In the beauty world, she’s a manicure icon, starting trends like the chrome "glaze donut mani", tie-dye nail art, and tortoiseshell detailing. Bieber’s a nail It Girl for a reason—she’s not afraid to play with bright colors and textures that pair perfect with her current aesthetic.

The Manicure

On April 8th, Ganzorigt posted an up-close look at the pink jelly glazed nails she created for the style icon, noting that a breakdown was highly-requested. With Spring in full swing and Coachella happening as we speak, Bieber's nails were equal parts spring- and festival-ready. The sheer baby pink shade had a swipe of chrome creating a sparkly iridescent effect, mirroring the coat of a classic lipgloss over a pink lipstick.

To achieve Bieber’s jelly-glazed nails, Ganzorigt started with a clear basecoat, and once dried, she applied a custom pink shade with a sheer jelly finish. To get the chrome effect, she swiped on a silver chrome powder, giving the nails that It Girl feel. Of course, to finish the look off Ganzorigt added the glossiest of top coats.

How to Get the Look

Luckily for us, Ganzorigt shared the exact polishes she used in her caption. Plus, we rounded up everything you need to recreate the look perfectly.

  • Start by prepping your nails by cutting and filing into your preferred shape.

  • Apply a clear base coat (Ganzorigt used OPI’s Natural Nail base coat, $11).

  • With your nails prepped, mix a hot pink shade with a white polish for the perfect baby pink. Ganzorigt mixed OPI's Hotter Than You Pink and Apline Snow ($11 each) on Bieber.

  • Ganzorigt used OPI's chrome powder in Tin Man Can, which is a pro-only product. For a similar look at home, you can buff a silver eyeshadow over your nails.

  • Finish off the look with your favorite top coat.
