Sorry, body shamers: Heidi Montag is not pregnant and she's shutting down any speculation about her appearance.

"I love my body! Many people have been speculating and commenting about my weight. I am not pregnant (not yet)," the 34-year-old reality star wrote on Instagram Friday beside a photo of herself wearing a pink sports bra and leggings. "I think that is partially where some of these comments have been coming from because people know that we are in the process of trying. I also weigh more than I ever have but I am also stronger than I have ever been. I refuse to be #bodyshamed! I love #food and #wine! I am going to enjoy my life!"

The Hills: New Beginnings star has been fending off pregnancy gossip for the past week or so, despite vocalizing her desire for a second child since back in 2019. Montag and husband Spencer Pratt, both of whom starred on the 2006 MTV reality series The Hills, have a 3-year-old son named Gunner.

"No I am not pregnant yet. Just a little overweight," Montag tweeted on Feb. 13. Two days later, she tweeted, "Wow disgusting people saying I need to loose weight... bye."

Montag also replied to fans who praised her confidence. "We are all in different seasons of life and I am not perfect," she tweeted this week. "But I am enjoying life and feel good about who I am inside [and] out."

If Montag was pregnant, she would likely say so — she was always up front about why she underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day back in 2010. "It really got to me what people would say about me, and saying I had a horse face, and a Jay Leno chin," she told ABC News that year. The comments were "just awful" she said. "I kind of started believing it."

Montag later told Paper magazine that she has struggled to make peace with a decision that risked her "own life for vanity." And in 2013, Montag underwent breast reduction surgery, downsizing from a size F, due to discomfort. “I think it’s important not to pigeonhole yourself in past mistakes," she told People in 2016, "but to learn from them and move on.”
