It’s been two decades since I last slipped on a bikini—yes, you read that right. I tend to shy away from them in favor of more modest one-pieces with strategically placed ruching, ruffles, or shirring. But as soon as I saw the Adisputent Two-Piece Tankini on Amazon, I knew I had to give it a try.

I know cheekier bottoms are all the rage, but I prefer my butt to be underneath a little more fabric—so the high waist and total butt coverage were definitely up my alley. The scoop-neck top is designed with a ruffle overlay that dips forward in the front and has a racerback, and the wider shoulder straps become double adjustable spaghetti straps at the back. I ordered the set in XL, opting for the red top and black-and-white polka dot bottoms, and eagerly awaited its arrival. The overall effect was so flirty and flattering that I couldn’t stop smiling at my reflection when I first tried it on—and I haven’t been able to stop pulling it out of my dresser every time I head to the pool or the beach. It fits my 38DD boobs and wider hips and waist perfectly, hugging my curves and making me feel—dare I say it—sexy. And, since it’s under $30, that means I can add so many more colors and prints to my swim wardrobe this summer. I already have my eyes on the star print, purple leopard, teal floral and peach floral. (I told you I was obsessed.)

This tankini has racked up more than 17,000 five-star ratings at Amazon, so I’m definitely not the only one who’s discovered how amazing it is.
