Guy Fieri has entertained millions by sharing his love of food for nearly two decades on his hit series Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Indulging in delicious meals frequently can set back many people's weight loss goals, and Fieri has implemented a strict workout regime to keep him on track.

In a new interview with Men's Health, the longtime TV host outlined what a typical week looks like for him when it comes to staying fit. He's particularly become a fan of rucking, a popular workout for both cardio and building muscle by walking or jogging while carrying weight. He rucks using a weight vest as he hikes the hills around his home. Since 2020, he's been able to drop 30 pounds by incorporating it into his life.

Given his love for food on screen, Fieri acknowledges—and shoots down—the idea that he's unhealthy.

"Unfortunately, in the [Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives] world, people like to go, 'Oh, you’re the chef that eats the deep-fried pizza burgers with the ice cream toppings and all those huge, fried everythings.' My response is, 'I don’t want to say that you don’t know what you’re talking about. But you don’t know what you’re talking about,'" he stated plainly.

On top of rucking, Fieri also does at least two HIIT workouts with a trainer every week. He also hits the sauna and cold plunge on a daily basis and has worked intermittent fasting into his routine.

With his job requiring him to sometimes eat hundreds, if not thousands, of calories at once, Fieri certainly has his work cut out for him.
