Kevin McKidd and Caterina Scorsone

Many members of the Grey's Anatomy family took a quick break from filming on the 20th season of the popular medical drama to support a cause near and dear to Caterina Scorsone's heart.

The Private Practice alum and several of her colleagues attended the Global Down Syndrome Foundation's 15th Annual Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show in Denver, Colorado, on Nov. 18—an annual fundraising event that has brought in $26 million over its 14 years for "life-changing and life-saving Research, Medical Care, Education, and Advocacy," according to the website.

Scorsone, who features as Dr. Amelia Shepherd on the show, and Kevin McKidd, known for his role as Dr. Owen Hunt, were both listed as special guests at this year's event, as was McKidd's girlfriend and Grey's spinoff Station 19 star Danielle Savre, who plays Maya Bishop.

They were joined on the red carpet by Anthony Hill, who plays Dr. Winston Ndugu, and Jake Borelli, who plays Dr. Levi Schmitt, and Alexis Floyd, who joined the series during the last season as intern Simone Griffith, to represent Shondaland.

From left to right, Savre stunned in a bright blue dress and nude heels, while Hill opted for a darker look in the form of a maroon shirt, dark gray blazer and black dress pants. Floyd lightened things up again with a white jacket decorated with colorful dots and stripes paired with back leggings and heels.

Borelli wore a powder blue suit with blue sneakers, coordinating nicely with Scorsone's deep blue dress featuring a pink paisley design. McKidd rounded up the group in a navy suit and brown loafers.

Scorsone's daughter Pippa, 7, has Down Syndrome, and the actress has been a staunch advocate ever since learning of her diagnosis, awarded by the Global Down Syndrome Foundation with the Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Award in 2020. The organization commended her on "consistently us[ing] her platform to promote greater understanding and awareness in an effort to end stigmas around Down syndrome and other disabilities and encourage greater access and inclusion."

Former Grey's cast member Eric Dane was awarded the same honor in 2022.
