Gordon Ramsay is looking for his next Idiot Sandwich!
The Hell's Kitchen star has a new show in the works named after his famous "Idiot Sandwich" meme. Ramsay announced the show in a video posted to his X (formerly Twitter) account on Sept. 18.

In the clip, the chef said, "If you're at least 18 years old, live in or near Nevada and are available across November and you think you have an idiot sandwich worthy of being judged by me, then I can't wait to hear from you for my brand new show Idiot Sandwich."

He added, "You don't have to be a chef to apply, you just need to have an amazing sandwich recipe and a big personality to become an Idiot Sandwich."

Essentially, it's a sandwich-making competition. According to the application form for the show, Idiot Sandwich will be an "extraordinary digital culinary competition" in Las Vegas. The individual whose "sandwich impresses Chef Ramsay the most, will walk away with a cash prize and the ultimate title, being crowned Gordon Ramsay’s Idiot Sandwich!"
What is the 'Idiot Sandwich' meme?
The "Idiot Sandwich" meme was born from a 2015 parody sketch on The Late Late Show with James Corden called "Hell's Cafeteria." In the skit, Ramsay put two slices of bread on Julie Chen's face, shouting at her: “What are you?!” “An idiot sandwich,” she replied.
Ramsay admitted in an interview with PEOPLE that wherever he goes, there is "some young kid somewhere that wants to be called an 'idiot sandwich.'"
