General Hospital Video Preview: Does Sonny Really Think He Owes Jason ‘Nothing?’

On the next General Hospital, Thursday, March 28, 2024, Port Charles residents are getting testy with each other at the arraignment of the century. Will the judge let Jason walk on bail? Why are Joss and Kristina fighting? Is Sonny about to rethink his thoughts on Jason?

Coming up in Port Charles

After Sam’s complicated reunion with Jason (Steve Burton), she’s back at the hospital. Is something up with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna)? Is he improving? Or is Sam (Kelly Monaco) asking Portia (Brook Kerr) to prevent Dante’s health from deteriorating?

One of the reasons Nina (Cynthia Watros) says she’s at the arraignment is to thank someone. Who? Is it Drew (Cameron Mathison) — did he give Crimson back to her? Of course, the other reason she’s there is to support Sonny (Maurice Benard) even though he doesn’t want her support. (Soap Hub asks is there a new Jason and AJ in town?)

While Molly (Kristen Vaganos) readies herself to go up against Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) wants all the intel from Michael (Chad Duell). Does she even know he harbored Jason? Is he about to tell her about his last volatile conversation with Sonny?

It’s Joss (Eden McCoy) versus Kristina (Kate Mansi — who shared news about her personal life recently) as lines are drawn and Joss is obviously Team Jason while Kristina is Team Sonny. Is this rivalry going to become a thing?

Meanwhile, Sonny insists to Carly that he doesn’t owe Jason anything. Is that really how he feels? Or is this some sort of mask for all the pain he feels over perceived betrayals, plus Jason’s multi-year absence? So far, his ride or die is back and Jason hasn’t said boo to him about being alive or why he’s back. Or the whole mess with FBI Agent Cates (Adam Harrington — what you need to know about him). Sonny does not like feeling out of the loop.

Finally, the judge is ready to render his decision. Will this be a cliffhanger-to-be-continued-on-Friday situation? Or will Jason find out the judge’s decision today?
