Fur Baby Friday: Meet Shania!
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — If you live in Music City, doesn’t it make sense to have a furry friend named after a music legend? If you agree with that sentiment, the Nashville Humane Association (NHA) has just the pet for you: Shania!
“So, you’re Brad Pitt? That don’t impress her much,” the shelter told News 2. “Now, if you’re Brad Pitt and you show up with a squeaky toy and a leash? SWOON! It’s her paw-ogative to have a little fun and go totally crazy — showering you with kisses and cuddles.”
According to the NHA, Shania is 6 months old, weighs about 32 pounds, and looks like a mix of a terrier and an American Pit Bull.
If you come meet Shania as soon as possible, the shelter promised “she’ll still be the one that you love, the only one you dream of, still the one you kiss goodnight.”
In addition, for Memorial Day weekend, NHA is covering adoption fees for families who have lost a relative or military K9 while on duty.
