Friday night, you can catch a free concert in Chimes Square. This is part of the Overton Square Music Series. Traveller the Band takes the stage at 7 p.m.

Saturday morning is the Great American River Run. Everyone who crosses the finish line will receive a medal, race shirt and an invitation to the famous post-run after-party with plenty of food and beer. Registration is still open.

Saturday night is for the moms. There is a Mom’s Night Out Picnic Party at Shelby Farms from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is free to attend, just bring a picnic basket with your favorite food and drinks.
