FoodieLand Night Market to return next month

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Attention food lovers: FoodieLand Night Market is back for another year of fun at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

The three-day festival will take place from Friday, May 3 to Sunday, May 5, according to the event’s website.

With over 210 vendors, FoodieLand offers multi-cultural food, games and entertainment for family and friends.

Tickets, which range from $4-$6, will only be available for purchase online through Eventbrite as no tickets will be sold at the door. Children under the age of five get free admission, while pets are not allowed unless they are service animals, according to the venue’s policy.

Prohibited items include backpacks, roller blades, skateboards, weapons of any kind, mace/pepper spray, smoking and illegal drugs.

However, guests may bring handbags, diaper bags and strollers, according to FoodieLand. Bag inspections and security screening will be conducted.

Those who purchase a parking ticket online in advance through Del Mar Fairgrounds will pay $15 per vehicle, no later than the day before the event in order to receive the deal. A parking ticket bought at the door costs $20 per vehicle.

If you miss FoodieLand at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, no need to worry as Snapdragon Stadium will host the event from June 14 through June 16.
