Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Goku

Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero is the next game in the widely beloved Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series, with the new entry shedding its localized name to more accurately reflect the series’ Japanese name. The game was officially announced late last year, and fans have been clamoring for more details since.

While Bandai Namco has been fairly tight-lipped on some of the bigger details – we still don’t have a release date or even a release window – the company has now started revealing the game’s playable characters. Granted, a lot of them are either Goku or Vegeta, but hey, what’s a Dragon Ball game without the dynamic duo?

Thankfully, we have had a bunch of characters announced and almost as many hinted at, so we thought we’d start listing all of the confirmed and presumed playable characters in Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero.

The following characters have been confirmed by Bandai Namco to be playable in Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, and will presumably be named as they are here on the character select screen. At the time of writing, only 11 Goku variants and 13 Vegeta variants have been explicitly confirmed for the game as playable.
