It sounds silly but I really knew I’d hit my forties when I couldn’t sleep without a particular pillow configuration — otherwise I was in for a day of sciatic pain, sore shoulders and headaches for sure. Getting good sleep is an incredibly important part of any wellness routine and having the right support for sleep is essential.

While reviewers love the adjustable memory foam, the quality of the material and the washability (you can toss the EnerPlex right into the machine), they seem to love the high-quality sleep they’re getting even more.

A reviewer who says they normally wake constantly during the night to adjust their pillows raved about an epic uninterrupted stretch: “OMG what a sleep I had! I didn’t wake up for six hours!” Another — a self-proclaimed pillow snob who suffers from asthma, COPD and emphysema — says, “This is hands down the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on...they deserve a 10 star review but alas Amazon only allows 5!”

Many credit their improved sleep to the customizable memory foam. One reviewer "really appreciated [that] they also send you an additional bag full of extra foam and include a very nice travel bag, so the pillow can be taken anywhere..."

Another who was perhaps skeptical of the phrase "shredded memory foam" was relieved to find it “so comfy, and not lumpy at all. I love how easy it is to adjust [it is].... I love it so much that I already ordered three more so that our new bed has a full set of pillows.”

A third says, “...now that I have adjusted this one perfectly, I can never go back...it is going everywhere with me. I travel a ton for work and hotel pillows are never great.” And one reviewer calls the memory foam filling “literal angel fluff”!

Others appreciated the micro vented polyester and viscose rayon made from bamboo, which produce a breathable fabric to help you stay cool. One reviewer, a hot side-sleeper with severe insomnia, says they’ve never had a pillow that “rejects heat in such a legit way” and that sleeping on the EnerPlex is like being on a “cool, fluffy cloud.” Another calls the EnerPlex pillow “life changing," adding, "I now sleep through the night."
