El Paso nonprofit hosting free 3-day baby shower
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Seasons of Change (SOC) will be hosting a free baby shower for expectant parents and families with young babies in El Paso.
SOC will be having a three-day baby shower giveaway event from Wednesday, April 24 through Friday, April 26 at the Grace Christian Center, located at 820 Raynor St.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and from 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Friday.
The giveaways will included free diapers, wipes, equipment, clothing, cleaning supplies and other items for families in difficult financial situations, according to the news release by SOC.
“No family should have to choose between buying diapers and meeting other
basic needs. Our mission is to ensure that every child can thrive in a clean and healthy
environment,” said founder and Executive Director Tavian Harris.
