El Paso Museum of History unveils new exhibition

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM)—The El Paso Museum of History is inviting the community to celebrate a new exhibit exploring music.

“Musica Sin Fronteras: Twentieth Century to Now” will be open to the public from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, at the 510 North Santa Fe Street Museum.

According to a news release by El Paso Museum, “Musica Sin Fronteras: Twentieth Century to Now” is a new exhibit that examines the evolution of musical communities, venues, and cultures, shaping the identity we know as Frontera music.

“The El Paso Museum of History is privileged to showcase the remarkable breadth of music, influence, and communities that have emerged from the Frontera music scene. This exhibition is a testament to the rich traditions and unique voices that define El Paso’s musical identity,” said El Paso Museum of History Director Erica Marin.
