EIF shares May Foodmobile dates for Champaign Co.

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Eastern Illinois Foodbank’s Foodmobile will make appearances throughout Champaign County in May to help feed families.

The Foodmobile is a food pantry on wheels that allows EIF to give nutritious food directly to people in underserved and rural areas.

It will road-trip through southern Champaign County on May 7 and northern Champaign County on May 10. Specific distribution sites and times can be found on this page.

Anyone from Champaign County is welcome. Officials with EIF said pre-registering does not guarantee a place in line, but should be done at EIFclient.com. They provided the following income eligibility guidelines:
