Ed Kelce is opening the can on who actually runs things in the famous family.

The father of NFL stars Jason and Travis Kelce chatted with Australia's Today Show on Monday, Feb. 19, giving insight into some of the dynamics of the Kelce crew.

During the interview, Ed doubled down on Travis' status as a beloved uncle, noting that family time usually revolves around Jason and his wife Kylie's three young daughters Bennett, 11 months, Elliotte, 2, and Wyatt, 4, who've got many of their family members "wrapped around" their little fingers.

“It all revolves around the girls—the granddaughters—as you can imagine, who have, not surprisingly, both their grandfathers and their father wrapped around their fingers. They can do whatever they want," the pro athletes' dad said, adding, "And they have their Uncle Trav wrapped around their fingers when he shows up.”

The patriarch further explained the difference in the two brothers' households, with Jason being a married dad of three and a majority of his time at home in Philadelphia being "centered on family," while Travis is still an unmarried bachelor of sorts, who makes a habit out of sharing good times with friends.

“We’ve had some good barbecues out there and enjoyed it,” Ed shared. “He has a lot of friends that will show up. It seems like there’s always somebody from back home in Kansas City.”

The Philadelphia Eagles center and Kansas City Chiefs tight end were raised in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, by Ed and their mother, Donna Kelce, who divorced over ten years ago, but maintain a cordial relationship.

Ed continued, offering a bit more insight into how his sons remain level-headed amid all the success they've achieved thus far: “The boys have been very fortunate. They have a very tight circle of friends that they grew up with that they see a lot, people that have been important in their life that have helped shape them into the young men they are. They never forget that.”

Elsewhere in the conversation, the dad of two also hinted at whether or not Travis would be joining his girlfriend Taylor Swift during her upcoming International Eras Tour dates—something that has since been confirmed, as the pro athlete reportedly hopped on a plane to Australia to join the pop singer early this morning.
