What’s Driving You Crazy? – Celebrate National Bike Month
Usually when we talk about bicycles in traffic, the news isn’t good. But not today.
Both the Regional Transportation Commission and the Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition are celebrating “National Bike Month.”
At First Friday a couple of weeks ago they were all about bike sharing.
This past Saturday there was 2 hour community bike ride.
And there’s plenty more ahead: like this friday’s “Bike To Work” day, and a workshop later Friday about commuting on two wheels.
There will also be a bike repair clinic Saturday at the Downtown Las Vegas Bonneville Transit Center. Attendance is limited.
Any bicycle shop – and anyone from the Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition is super-friendly and might just talk you into leaving the four wheels behind – even if it’s just once in a while.
