Drew Barrymore's Wholesome Bob Ross Halloween Costume Will Make You Smile

Drew Barrymore's Halloween costume for her talk show's Oct. 31 episode is bound to make you smile—because as photos reveal, she dressed up as beloved painter-instructor Bob Ross.
In the shots shared to Barrymore's Instagram, the host can be seen sporting the trademark afro and beard worn by The Joy of Painting host on the set of The Drew Barrymore Show. She completes the look with a blue button-down shirt with chest hair peeking out and a gold chain necklace. (Hopefully, viewers will see her paint some "happy little trees" during the episode, too!)
One fan called the costume "spot on," while another chimed in, jokingly stating, "It's the chest hair for me."
"THIS IS EPIC AND FABULOUS!!! 😂☠️😂☠️" a fan added, as others called the look "iconic."
In addition to Barrymore's delightful costume, her "Drew's News' co-anchor, Ross Mathews, embraced the spirit of Halloween by dressing up as Dolly Parton. Photos from People show the RuPaul's Drag Race judge rocking a curly, blond wig and wearing a sequin jumpsuit with sparkly-fringe-adorned boots. Mathews finished the costume with a belt and an oversized necklace.
Even guest Ree Drummond got in on the Halloween merrymaking by dressing up as Barrymore. The Pioneer Woman star donned a brown wig and brown suit and, interestingly, resembled the actress more than some might think.
Barrymore is known to go all-out for her spooky season looks. In 2021, Barrymore went as her character Casey Becker from 1996’s Scream.
