Dog's Pitiful Reaction to Thinking Mom and Dad Are Leaving Him for Vacation Is Irresistible
My family and I have had our rescue dog for over ten years now, but it never gets any easier to leave him at home while we run errands or go to appointments. We know he just naps until we're home, but we also want him to be included on family outings. After all--he is a member of the family!
Like many dog owners, we changed the way we think about vacations and family trips just so our beloved rescue dog can be included. Even so, he still gets worried when we're packing. That's why I can totally relate to this precious video of Clyde the Newfoundland dog feeling stressed AF before his mom and dad leave on a trip.
Here's the plot twist: he's going on vacation, too! No matter how many times his dad, Mike, tells him he's coming along, the sweetheart is just not convinced!
Aww, Clyde! This big dog is such a sweet and sensitive soul, and I just can't get enough of him. The way he holds his stuffed animal is just too cute, and the loving look in his eyes is as genuine as can be. Even though he's worried, this gentle giant couldn't be sweeter!

Luckily, his owner knew just how much his followers would love this heartwarming moment. Mike, AKA @hennysnacks, recorded a bit of the sweet chaos while he reassured his anxious dog that he was coming, too. And he followed through on that promise!
Now, this sweet Newfoundland can breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy his trip with his family in the country. It makes me so happy to see people around the world including their furry friends on vacation, because we could all use a change of pace sometimes!
