How did Shreveport celebrate the Kentucky Derby?
The Provenance Town Center was bustling with excitement Saturday, May 4, as partygoers dressed in their best fascinators and seersucker anxiously awaited the Kentucky Derby.
Shreveport Derby Day returned to the region following a year hiatus. A partygoer Katy Kent said, "it's a great way to get out and support the community and feel like you're in Kentucky for the day."
This year's location was new and exciting for partygoers because it allowed ample amount of space to enjoy music by Flow Tribe and shade from the sun during the peak hours.
