Women rule the world! Every day of the week — according to the finale of Alberta Ferretti‘s Fall/Winter 2017 show in Milan on Wednesday.

Celebrity models of all ethnic backgrounds, including the usual “it” girls Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, and Stella Maxwell, stood alongside gorgeous Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, Portuguese model Sara Sampaio, Asian model Issa Lishand, Muslim model Halima Aden (who also happens to be on the cover of CR Fashion Book this month), and others to send a unifying and powerful message.

They were so lovely!! Such an honor to be apart of the Show ❤️❤️????

At the end of the show, the women stood in solidarity wearing monochromatic black cashmere crewneck sweaters with various days of the week stitched across their chests in a variety of colors. Of course, these sweaters were worn atop the stunning gowns the models wore just minutes before.

Not feeling the black? Not to worry — colorful, pastel versions of the sweaters in rosy pink to canary yellow were seen on the models backstage during a pre-show rehearsal.

Although the sweaters aren’t quite like the political statement T-shirts seen during New York Fashion Week, they are an adorable antidote to the current dark political climate.

Even better, thanks to Alberta Ferretti you can now proudly sport your favorite day of the week without having to keep it concealed to just your favorite pair of underwear.
