Abby Lee Miller, Taylor Swift

When she appeared on Dance Moms, Abby Lee Miller was notorious for critiquing her young dance students to the point of tears. And when it comes to Taylor Swift's dancing skills, the former reality TV star doubled down on her blunt message.

On Friday, Feb. 23, Miller posted a video clip via TikTok from her podcast Leave It on the Dance Floor. The former Abby Lee Dance Company owner addressed comments she made about Swift in December, including calling her "pigeon-toed" and declaring the pop star's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, a "much better dancer."

Instead of walking back her message, Miller doubled down on her criticism.

"I made a comment about Taylor Swift. I've said it before, I've said it a million times—she's very pigeon-toed, and she's not a dancer by nature," the choreographer and former dance instructor shared. "She may love to dance, she may want to dance—she dances in her show, her tour—but she's not really a dancer."

Miller did, however, praise Swift's singing and songwriting abilities.

"I don't think mommy and daddy had her in dancing school really pushing her," she continued. "And she wasn't competing and doing all these things because she was singing. She's an amazing singer-songwriter."

In the comments, Swift fans defended the "Cruel Summer" songstress, with one person writing, "As a Swiftie, we KNOW she's not a dancer but she sooo loves it 😂🫶🏼."

Another fan pointed out, "She doesn't HAVE to be a dancer though."

Someone else commented, "She knows this! Literally why she wrote 'shake it off'!"

Meanwhile, a different Swiftie snarked, "Imagine being Abby Lee Miller and thinking you're in a place to critique Taylor Swift. 😂"
