Dad and Frenchie Decorating Pumpkins Together Is the Ultimate Fall Treat

Dog owners often engage in a variety of activities with their beloved pets to provide mental stimulation, physical exercise, and bonding opportunities.

Sometimes these activities may seem a little out of the ordinary, as the owner of the French Bulldog, Barkley, shared in a video posted on October 6. Let's take a look!

While some people do fun Halloween activities with their kids, others do them with their pets.

As you can see, they both share a love for creativity, and Barkley even wears the perfect Halloween outfit.

If you like to plan a "pawmpkin" event or other fun Halloween activities with your dog, make sure to use non-toxic, water-based paint that is safe for pets and wipe your dog's paws clean immediately.

Start by preparing the area by laying down a newspaper or a plastic tablecloth to protect your work surface from paint, and make sure you're in a well-ventilated area.

All you do is pour some paint onto a plate, allow your dog to sniff and investigate the pumpkin and the paint, and make sure they are comfortable with the materials before proceeding.

Then dip your dog's paw into the paint, place the paw on the pumpkin, as shown in the video, and then add some black dots to create some little ghost paws!

Remember that not all dogs enjoy this type of activity, so if your dog seems stressed or uninterested, don't force them to participate.

Always prioritize their comfort and safety during the process, and make it a positive and enjoyable experience for both of you.

Although Barkley may look a little confused, he seems to be having a good time as well.
