Cold Stone Revives Discontinued Fan-Favorite Treat for 1 Week Only

Cold Stone Creamery has a very sweet treat in store for fans of Klondike's Choco Taco, but it is only available for a limited time.

That's right, we have it on good word that the iconic ice cream-filled taco is making a cameo at Cold Stone locations across the country, but the "Spectacolar" addition is only around for about a week.

Similar to how Taco Bell debuted its own version of the nostalgic frozen sweet earlier this year, the ice creamery is set to shake up its menu with its own version of Klondike's long-gone item, per an official press release.

Cold Stone's version, dubbed the "Waffle Ice Cream Taco," is made complete with scoops of its fresh Sweet Cream ice cream wrapped in a waffle taco and coated with chocolate and peanuts.

Foodie influencer Snackolater–who has gained over 250,000 followers for being one of the first to preview and test upcoming fast food and snack items–also shared the news on Instagram, and the people seem pretty pleased by the limited-edition frozen treat. If anything, they wouldn't mind it if Cold Stone decided to keep its version on menus all summer long.

"I love Choco Tacos, but this sounds like a much better version and I would not mind devouring a few of them!" Snackolater added in the caption.

"I am so going to be there for this !" another fan declared.

"A local Cold Stone has been doing this for a couple of months now," a different Instagram user revealed. "They hit great."

Yes, Parade can confirm that this is all very serious. Fans of Klondike's discontinued Choco Taco can score Cold Stone's version of it every day beginning Tuesday, April 30, leading up to Cinco De Mayo festivities on Sunday.
