The event is free for everyone and will offer a fun and full day for dads to relax and enjoy quality time with their families. This event is an early dad’s celebration ahead of Father’s Day on Saturday, June 16.

“This is a fantastic way to celebrate fathers in our community,” Parks & Recreation Director James Gossett said. “It’s also an opportunity for our residents to enjoy a day of free family fun.”

The highlight of the event will be an impressive car show showcasing a range of classic and custom vehicles. Sports enthusiasts can participate in the Rocket City Dad sports competition. The dads who are proud of their facial hair can participate in the Beard N’ Stache competition.

From music to activities, there will be something for every dad at this event. There will also be numerous giveaways and prizes throughout the event as well as on-site food trucks.
