Canyon CLLCTV Enduro Team's Bikes Stolen in Vienna
On May 14th, Jesse Melamed and Jack Menzies announced that their bikes were stolen from their team van in Vienna.
Jack and Jesse were en route to Bielsko-Biala Poland after the first round of the EDR in Finale. The Canyon CLLCTV Enduro Team is coming off a strong first round with Melamed 6th and Menzies 12th.
Thankfully the pair have backup parts and will be able to race this weekend even if they can't recover the stolen bikes.
One of the bikes was recently seen in a shop in Bratislava, Slovakia. Jesse urges anyone with info to contact them. See the pair's bikes close up in their bike check heading into Finale.
This announcement comes just a week after Neko Mulally revealed that the Frameworks team's bikes had been stolen. It has been a tough year for World Cup racers.
