Burger King Fans Couldn’t Be More Excited Over Popular Menu Item’s Glow-Up

Burger King is bringing back a series of old classics, and throwing a few new menu items in for good measure—including a twist on an old favorite that has fans reeling. 

According to food blogger Markie_devo, the fast-food chain is whipping up a brand new version of their beloved Mozz Sticks, debuting Mozzarella Fries with an Italian herb seasoning, buttery garlic flavor and a softer, crumb-like texture. Somehow, the fries are said to be even more cheesy than their precursors, and fans can't wait to get their hands on them.

"Verrrry here for the mozzarella fries," one wrote in response, while another replied, "omg the mozzarella fries 😍."

"Mozzarella fries with my chicken fries, yes, please!" another said, planning their picture-perfect meal in advance.

Alongside the menu swap, the new Chicken Philly Royal Crispy Wrap is also joining the lineup, featuring a soft, warm tortilla stuffed full of white meat breast fillet, savory Royal sauce, melted Swiss cheese and flame-grilled peppers and onions. It's available at select, unspecified locations.

BK is also dropping a ton of melts back into the mix, including former offerings the Bacon BK Melt and the Classic BK Melt, and the new Philly Melt and Buffalo Ranch Royal Crispy Chicken Melt.

All secured between two slices of toasted bread, the bacon variety also comes with two Whopper Jr. Patties, American cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions and Royal Sauce, while the classic is layered with two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. Patties, American cheese, caramelized onions and Royal Sauce.

The new Philly Melt pairs the two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. Patties with flame-grilled peppers and onions, melted Swiss cheese and Royal Sauce, and the Buffalo Ranch Royal Crispy Chicken Melt swaps in a Royal Crispy Chicken Fillet with buffalo ranch, Swiss cheese and bacon—the latter of which is being tested at select locations in Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
