BMX Rider Crashes Through Boardwalk Landing Huge Trick
Wooden landings do not stand the test of time. At some point, someone will drop onto a wood landing for the last time.
One BMX rider discovered the consequences of landing on old wood. Watch Lohan Lobo break through the wooden deck landing a bar spin below.
In this video, Lohan did an enormous huck to flat. Unfortunately, the panel of wood he landed on had seen better days and his wheel punched through sending Lobo clattering over the bars. It might have been worse had his pegs not stopped him from going further down.
It was certainly an unlucky strike to go through that board. Had he landed on a board perpendicular to his wheel the weight would have been more evenly distributed and the deck would likely not have broken.

Thankfully, he adjusted for the second go around and landed it, albeit while leaning back. He will certainly triple-check wood for rot going forward.
