There's no better way to enjoy a baseball game than with a beer and mini plastic helmet full of ice cream. To celebrate baseball season, Blue Moon Brewing Co. partnered with the sporting goods brand Rawlings to create a boozy ice cream flavor that's as crisp and refreshing as the beer. We love a boozy dessert, so we couldn't wait to give it a try.

Created in collaboration with the alcohol-infused ice cream brand Hardscoop, Blue Moon Home Run Twist is a combination of Madagascar Vanilla and Blue Moon's Valenica Orange peel. But don't confuse it with the Midwest-famous Blue Moon ice cream, which is blue and not boozy. Creamsicle fans will love this orange-hued treat, which tastes more like an orange and not so much like beer. If we didn't know it was boozy, we wouldn't be able to tell, though it is 2% ABV.

“We had a great time working with Blue Moon to match the sweet and citrusy flavor of their iconic Valencia Orange peel, and we think we nailed that with Blue Moon Home Run Twist," said Jason Kirby, president of Hardscoop.

So where can you get this beer-flavored ice cream? The Blue Moon Home Run Twist is available online at Hardscoop from May 17 - 23, while supplies last. A 2-pack is a whopping $49, but the order also includes a limited-edition Blue Moon x Rawlings mini helmet that looks like one you'd get at the ballpark. For toppings, you can also add caramel corn or peanuts to your order.

Fans should also be on the lookout for a Rawlings leather and Blue Moon capsule clothing collection, which will be available today at brightnessondeck.com.
