Bell’s introduces new Oberon beverage lineup

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Bell’s Brewery will be welcoming three new beverages to its Oberon lineup this summer.

These new drinks will be called Oberone Sunshine and were described by the Kalamazoo-area brewery as “fruit-forward shandy options” and will include flavors like tropical, lemonade and cherry limeade. Each drink will be 4.2% ABV.

“Oberon Sunshine is all about big flavors and summer fun – something Oberon is known for,” Scott Powell, Bell’s senior director of marketing, said in a Wednesday statement. “We wanted to give consumers a refreshing, easy-drinking shandy to pair perfectly with summer activities.”

Last fall, Bell’s introduced another Oberon beer called Eclipse that was designed to give fans of the beer more time to enjoy it.

The shandies are already available on tap at Bell’s Eccentric Cafe in Kalamazoo but will also be available in cans on store shelves this week.
