Last week, Barry Keoghan hit pause on his busy awards season to fly to Singapore, where his rumored girlfriend, the musician Sabrina Carpenter, was opening for Taylor Swift’s blockbuster Eras tour.

The Irish actor—hardly incognito in a bright red tracksuit and matching baseball cap—stood in the VIP section and grinned along while Carpenter sang a cheerfully lewd outro (which she personalizes depending on the location of her performance) to her song “Nonsense.” It has become a tradition at Swift’s Eras tour shows for fans to make and trade beaded friendship bracelets amongst themselves; at National Stadium in Kallang, lucky fans with good seats were able to pass a couple bracelets to Keoghan himself.

When he returned stateside a few days later, Keoghan hit up Vanity Fair’s Young Hollywood party wearing an almond-butter-brown leather jacket and flared trousers by Amiri. Fans zoomed in on the photos and noticed a rainbow-beaded friendship bracelet spelling out the name “Sabrina,” flanked by two pink plastic hearts, on Keoghan’s wrist.

On Thursday, the actor grabbed coffee in Los Angeles in a Valentine’s Day-hued outfit that may as well have been assembled in homage to this new accessory: a pink-and-black Prada sweater, black joggers, very clean white Air Force 1s, and a bubblegum-pink Boston Red Sox cap fronted with a burgundy chenille “B.” The pink-beaded “Sabrina” bracelet and a ruby-flecked Omega Aqua Terra sat stacked on his wrist. Later that night, the bracelet made another appearance at a pre-Oscars party hosted by W magazine and Louis Vuitton, where Keoghan posed for photos alongside his Saltburn costar Archie Madekwe as well as singer Lana Del Rey—who, like Carpenter, is a friend of Swift’s.

Spirits are high for Keoghan in Los Angeles: the city of angels, but also—if this token of his purported affection is any indication—a city for love. “There’s a gorgeous feelin’ here,” Keoghan recently told GQ, reflecting on his fondness for LA. “This mystic kind of haze. This subtle thing I feel here—it’s like a romance I hold with it. I’m in love with it.”
