Ayesha Curry shuts down commenter who body-shamed her baby son: 'Excuse you?'

Female celebrities are often targeted by critics commenting on their weight and appearance. It’s much less common, however, for their babies to be scrutinized.

But after sharing a photo of her family celebrating husband Steph Curry’s NBA Western Conference final victory, Ayesha Curry found both herself and her infant son getting comments about their bodies.

“Are you pregnant again?????” a commenter asked the 30-year-old mom of three, prompting her to set the record straight.

“Absolutely not LOL,” she responded. “My 30-lb. son is just breaking my back in every photo.”

That throwaway comment about 10-month-old Canon’s size somehow invited some unsolicited opinions about the baby’s weight.

“What are you feeding him?” one fan joked.

“30 [pounds] at 10 months?? Sheesh,” read another comment.

“30 [pounds]?!?!? He’s bigger than my 19-month-old nephew,” another follower chimed in.

But the comment that really set Curry off was this one advising her to more or less put Canon on a diet.

“Maybe portion-control his food a bit,” a commenter suggested.

That baby body-shaming didn’t fly with the Family Food Fight host.

“Excuse you?” she shot back. “No. Just no.”

Curry isn’t the only star who has had people body-shame her kids. Tori Spelling has faced constant criticism from trolls about her five children.
