Ashley Tisdale Announces Her Pregnancy With Baby No. 2 & ‘High School Musical’ Fans Are Losing It

Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens need to reunite for a “We’re All in This Together” duet — because both of the High School Musical alums are pregnant at the same time! That’s right, Tisdale (who played the fabulous Sharpay) announced today that she is expecting her second baby with husband Christopher French — just weeks after Hudgens (who played Gabriella) announced she is pregnant with her first baby with husband Cole Tucker!
“We can’t wait to meet you 💫,” Tisdale posted on Instagram Tuesday. She also shared beautiful maternity pics to show off her bare baby bump, and now we can’t take our eyes off of her!

Tisdale is dressed casually in jeans that are unbuttoned and a white blouse that is unbuttoned from the bottom to reveal her growing bump. She stands in front of a lemon tree, looking absolutely gorgeous. She smiles up at her husband in another photo, and in a third, holds hands with her 3-year-old daughter Jupiter Iris, who matches her mama in a white t-shirt and jeans.
The comments were full of love and excitement. “Sharpay and Gabriella having babies at the same time 🥹🥹,” one person commented.
Another wrote, “Gabriella and Sharpay having babies together I love this🙏🩷🩷” It’s making our childhood dreams come true!
“The next generation of wildcats is coming!!!” someone else said.
Her husband commented, “😬 Here we goooo! I love you. We can do this lol”
The composer also shared photos from the maternity photoshoot. These included a black-and-white photo of the family of three and more baby bump pictures. “Beyond grateful. Thank you my beautiful love @ashleytisdale for another baby French 💘,” he captioned the post.
The Phineas & Ferb star commented, “I love you!!! Juju is just too cute we had to have another!!”
Jupiter turned 3 on Saturday, and Tisdale celebrated by posting a carousel of cute videos and photos. “And just like that… she’s 3!!!!! 🌙💫 Jupiter Iris is my dream girl,” she wrote. “I’m so proud of this sassy, funny, sweet, kind, Taylor Swift obsessed, princess dress loving lady. You are my everything ❤️ @cmfrench”
In one video, Jupiter sings into her Wish microphone along with Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour concert on Disney+. There are also several photos of the beautiful little girl rocking a denim jacket and jeans, wearing a pretty red dress with her brown curls up in two buns, and running on the beach with flower-shaped sunglasses. She is too cute!
Earlier this week, Tisdale opened up about her relationship with Hudgens on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “I haven’t seen her in a long time,” the 38-year-old said, per E! News. “Obviously, she’s working, I’m working. I have a daughter. So it’s like, you know, she has a full-time job.”
Maybe now that they will have babies so close together, Hudgens and Tisdale can get together for a playdate! We’re going to go ahead and manifest this reunion now …
