April Humble Bundle Free Games May Include A PS5 Hit

The April 2024 Humble Bundle’s free games list might have some pretty big hitters on it, including one of the best PS5 games: Returnal, from Housemarque. The speculation comes from Twitter user and deals leaker Bilibili-kun, whose track record for upcoming deals and free games is practically perfect, though as always with leaks, it’s best to treat them as rumors until they’re confirmed otherwise.

Returnal is a roguelike action-shooter with a surprisingly deep story buried in its repeating loops, assuming you're patient enough to unravel it. It released in 2021 to widespread acclaim, and Nixxes ported it to Steam in 2023.

If Bilibili-kun’s information is correct, then we’ll also see Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the Humble Bundle. Valhalla regularly goes on sale for over 50 percent off, though it’s rarely included in a bundle for free. The catch there is that Humble only sells the Ubisoft UPlay version, so you wouldn’t be able to redeem it for use on Steam.

April 2024’s Humble Bundle games should go live on April 2, 2024, and run through April 7, 2024. While you can select a lower price and get some of the games on offer, you’ll probably want to plan on paying a bit more to get Returnal and Valhalla.
