American Bully’s Undying Love for Costco Chicken Is Too Cute To Miss

If you're a dog owner, you'll know they're scavengers, just like raccoons, and would eat anything, especially what you like to eat. Whether that's chicken or cheese, a dog wouldn't say no, or would he?

Well, not every dog is the same; some have very particular taste buds, as the owner of American Bully Alex shares in their video, posted on October 7.

This is hilarious!

He knows what tastes good and can't be fooled.

American bullies, like many other dogs, are known for their strong affection for food, and it's not uncommon to see them react with enthusiasm to certain treats or meals.

As you can see in the video, Alex is delighted by the roasted chicken his mom feeds him, and when she places the plain cooked chicken inside the roasted chicken bag and then gives it to Alex, he immediately spits it out.

Don't judge a book by its cover; American bullies are pretty smart.

Some, at least.

My pit bull, on the other hand, can easily be tricked into eating something he normally wouldn't if it's nicely camouflaged, such as medication.

Dogs have a keen sense of smell and taste, and they can be easily drawn to the scent and flavor of certain foods, especially those with strong aromas like chicken.

I never had the Costco roasted chicken, but I trust Alex's judgment that it is indeed delicious and better than plain cooked chicken.

However, although this is adorable to watch for any dog to enjoy a special treat, it's important for pet owners to ensure that any human food given to dogs is safe and appropriate for them.

That being said, giving your dog some table scraps once in a while is okay; although not encouraged, it shouldn't replace a balanced meal, as many human foods have ingredients not suitable for dogs as well as a higher fat content. Feeding your dog chicken bones or skin with seasoning or any other potentially harmful ingredients should be avoided at all costs.

Alex sure is a lucky dog and just wants to be included at the dinner table when his parents eat delicious roasted chicken. Can we blame him?
