Gigi Hadid, Jennifer Garner, and Jennifer Lopez are fans of the label, too.

I remember when I was younger, I loved paging through magazines — my dream was always to work at one, with InStyle being at the top! Besides the fact that dreams do come true, this story is about one particular column I would repeatedly see that had me both a bit confused and intrigued. TL;DR? It was basically about dressing for your age; each page focused on a particular decade — like your 20s, 30s, 40s, and so on — and what’s best to wear. And, while there are certainly subtle dressing differences with every age, what I’ve learned is that this idea of “dressing your age” is kind of silly. Wear what you feel great in; so much of fashion is, in fact, ageless, and there’s one particular denim brand that’s beloved by famous faces of every age.

Jennifer Lopez recently wore said label; in the past, big names like Jennifer Garner, Meghan Markle, Gigi Hadid, and… me (I'm no big name, but, hey!!). We have all professed our love for the Los Angeles-based brand’s flattering jeans. Now, it’s beauty expert Bobbi Brown who joins the list — and I’m now convinced this is officially the brand everyone has to try, including my mom. (Hi, mom!)

The 66-year-old makeup icon recently did an interview for Page Six, where she shared a few of her beauty, fashion, and travel secrets. She’s clearly a pro in every department, with her deeming the Jones Road Miracle Balm her favorite “glow-getter,” and TBH, I agree with this. The easy-to-use formula is a highlighting hero. She also called out the best-selling CeraVe Moisturizing Cream as her go-to drugstore staple, but my brows raised when she said her favorite petite pants are from Mother — because same.

But that’s not all. She went on to say, “They’re an amazing fit,” she shares, before going on to share that it's “the only company that really offers petite options.” Sounds like there’s a big hole in the market, (wink, wink, other denim brands).

While she didn’t call out a particular style, I firmly believe you can’t go wrong with anything from the brand. The label has perfected the art of making jeans — and yes, denim is an artwork — with the L.A.-based brand finding the ideal balance between fit and stretch. I personally can’t wear ultra-rigid jeans, which is why Mother’s are ideal: They have a flattering, subtly-tight design, but I don’t feel constricted or confined in them. I can still move (or do squats!), unlike in my more rigid denim.

The best part? Most of the styles are available in sizes 24 to 34, and as Brown raved, also come in petite cuts, like this Lil’ Hustler pair that Nordstrom shoppers also praise for its petite fit. “Finally a pair of petite and well-fitting jeans for this postpartum body! These are the perfect length for sneakers and flats.”

Seems like petite jeans really are hard to come by, so brands, take note — but until then, shop Mother’s ultra-flattering styles below. There’s a reason so many celebs wear them, and once you try them, you’ll get why.
