“This year’s home is a sophisticated retreat where neutral, relaxed and airy spaces meet modern, high tech, sleek features,” Brooks said in a news release. “The smart living solutions and cozy feel will provide the winner the perfect balance.”
“The HGTV Smart Home gives viewers clever solution ideas that will elevate their own spaces,” Loren Ruch, head of content for HGTV, said in a news release. “This year’s home is the most innovative yet. We are so excited to show it as well as highlight the great city of Atlanta.”
2024 HGTV Smart Home in Atlanta is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home that sits at about 2,035 square feet.
The innovative midcentury home blends contemporary design with luxurious finishes. With its multifunctional and flexible layout, integrated smart features and neutral minimalism accented by splashes of color and texture, this home offers a relaxed yet sophisticated retreat. Natural wood tones and earthy hues create calming spaces flooded with light, while the sleek, clean lines evoke a sense of coziness influenced by nature.
The primary bedroom is a sanctuary escape, located on the first floor, with floor to ceiling windows and a door to a private patio.
