Happy birthday, Olivia Culpo! The former beauty queen turns 25 today. If her name rings a bell, it’s likely because you recall that she was crowned Miss Universe in 2012 — though you might also know her as the former girlfriend of Nick Jonas, or as the current squeeze of Patriots player Danny Amendola.

Culpo began modeling in 2010 when she got signed to a Boston modeling agency. She went on to compete in pageants — and in 2012, she won the first one she entered, becoming Miss Rhode Island. Miss Rhode Island became Miss USA, and then that same year, Miss Universe. Nowadays, when we aren’t stalking the 25-year-old’s Instagram (because seriously, her whole aesthetic is completely on point), we can spot her modeling in fashion campaigns for labels that include Rampage, for which she serves as ambassador.
