Spring is in the air, and incredible items are on Trader Joe’s shelves. Pumpkin-palooza may get a lot of hype, but we can’t forget about all of the limited-time items available at other times for year. This spring is a great example. From baked goods to sour candy, there’s a whole plethora of seasonal groceries to get your hands on during your next Trader Joe’s trip. Below, we’re rounding up a few of our favorites.

1. These Sprinkles Walk Into a Sandwich Cookie

Attention, dessert lovers! If you were disappointed in the “Hold the Cone” tips, maybe you’ll be more satisfied by these sandwich cookies. Simple but delicious, they give us everything we could want in a sweet treat: cookies, butter cream, and sprinkles. “These are my absolute favorite Trader Joe’s cookies,” one shopper on the Trader Joe’s subreddit raved. You can grab a box for $3.49.

2. Peas & Carrots Sour Gummy Candies

Gummy candy fiends absolutely have to get their hands on this seasonal sour candy from Trader Joe's. These spring-forward treats are shaped like carrots and peas—but don't worry, they taste perfectly sweet and sour. They've even naturally colored! You can stock up for $1.29 per bag.

3. Cheery Lemon Animal Crackers

There's nothing quite like a frosted animal cracker, and according to Trader Joe's shoppers, these lemon-flavored treats really hit the spot. We love a good lemon dessert in the spring (shoutout to those Lemon Sheet Cakes!), so we can't wait to add these to our carts on our next TJ's trip. "They are SO good! Love! I wish they would make them year round!" one Redditor raved. Plus, at just 99 cents per bag, why wouldn't you stock up?

4. Baked Lemon Ricotta Cheese

Speaking of lemon... if you haven't tried this Baked Lemon Ricotta Cheese yet, it's time to take a trip to Trader Joe's. TJ's really knows how to do cheese, and this option is no different. This delicious Italian ricotta is blended with lemon paste and baked to perfection. Serve it up with your favorite fruit, crackers, and even cookies for a cheese plate that's sure to impress your guests this spring.

5. Springle Jangle

If there's been a Jingle Jangle-shaped hole in your heart since the holiday items left Trader Joe's, maybe this Spring edition will be some consolation. This snack mix features mini chocolate-covered pretzels, mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups, butter toffee peanuts, non-pareils, and dark chocolate Joe Joe cookie bark. What more could you want? You can grab 10-oz bags in the snack aisle.

6. Salted Caramel Swirl Danish

If you're looking for some of the tastiest treats around, you should always check the Trader Joe's bakery section. This Salted Caramel Swirl Danish is a new edition that definitely has our mouths watering. Each package contains three Danish pastries that are filled with almond cream and swirled with caramel custard. Of course they're baked to perfection, too. For just $3.99, they're definitely worth a try.

7. Mini Chocolate Chip Croissant Swirls

Speaking of swirls, these Mini Chocolate Chip Croissant Swirls should also be on your grocery list. Stop by the freezer section and throw 'em into your cart for $3.99. Like many of our favorite Trader Joe's croissants, they're ready-to-bake (no proofing needed!). And as the name suggests, they're complete with delicious chocolate chips. Perfect for an easy, tasty breakfast to go with your coffee.

8. Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mini Biscotti

Biscotti, anyone? If you're craving an Italian summer, you can get an early start with these Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mini Biscotti. One Reddit user described them as "absolutely delicious," and commenters agreed. "Best flavor that they make…by far!" another shopper agreed. Dip 'em in your coffee and savor the caramel-y flavor. A 9 oz. tub is just $4.99.

9. Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Our hearts are still breaking over the fact that When Life Gives You Lemons ice cream isn't making a return this spring, but there is one amazing flavor to fill your freezer with in its place: Dulce de Leche. We always love trying the new limited-edition Trader Joe's desserts, and this one is to die for. It features a caramel ice cream base and mixes in Dulce de Leche-style caramel swirl. Grab a spoon and dip into a pint!

10. Celebration Cake and Baking Mix

If you're feeling crafty in the kitchen and want to bake your own dessert, add this Celebration Cake and Baking Mix to your cart. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, graduation, or an occasion as simple as a sunny day, it's a perfect, simple way to get your bake on. Complete with frosting and sprinkles, this mix has everything you need for a delicious cake or cupcakes. You can grab a box for $4.99.

11. Lemon Zest Madeleine Cookies

Trader Joe's has already impressed us with their Madeleine Cookies (including the Gluten-Free variety), and these Lemon Zest Madeleine Cookies are a great new addition to their cookie repertoire. The French-style treats are made in Northern California. Candied lemon zest and natural lemon flavor are mixed in for a sweet Spring twist that has our stomachs grumbling. Packages are available for $2.99 in the bakery section.
