3 Fixes for Upward-Facing Dog

Upward-facing dog may not seem all that challenging, but, but the Vinyasa yoga pose can be hard to master. Kathryn Budig, an international yoga teacher and instructor on YogaGlo, often sees students making one of three mistakes in the pose: keeping their legs on the ground (that’s cobra pose, not upward-facing dog), collapsing their shoulders, or forgetting to backbend. Luckily, there’s an easy fix for each issue.
